10 years of experience in watershed restoration and construction activities. Has managed and implemented a variety of restoration project throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey and Ohio. Has an educational background in environmental management and work background in construction directly related to surface water resources. Mr. Kauffman has managed and implemented over 5+ miles of stream restoration, 45+ acres of wetland, 1 mile of regenerative storm water and various storm water BMPs and site storm water retrofits in his career. Construction focus includes wetland mitigation, floodplain restoration, stream restoration for FGM and fish habitat, as well as storm water management techniques. Oversees consulting services for design, survey, permitting and design/build projects.
